Hi @wilsonmatoso - There isn't a way to uninstall Cities of Tomorrow from SimCity base game. I'm not entirely certain why they did it that way, but it's an expansion of the base game, rather than a separate dlc that can be uninstalled. I own the base game, limited edition, deluxe edition and the complete edition. But all of them use the exact same game files and exe. There is no way to start any of it without CoT.

The only way to make a base game city is to just not use any of the CoT components, which gives you a city without CoT futurization and enhancements. So don't use anything in the Academy or OmegaCo city specialization tabs, or anything that has the blue hexagon background (like maglev, hydro pumping station, megatowers, etc). That will give you base game play.

This is most effective in single player/offline or a private zone in multiplayer/online mode. If you build a base game city in an online region, you won't have any futurization, but if a neighboring city uses OmegaCo, their trucks will travel to your city regardless of whether you have implemented OmegaCo or not.
