Re: when i tried to load simcity my game crashes

Hi @pxdeath1 - You may have a permissions problem that's preventing SimCity from completely installing, or some other program may be blocking the installation (like antivirus or firewall settings). Try uninstalling again, then run Origin and installation files "As Administrator". If the installation fails again:

Copy Update Files to SimCity folder. Go to Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\SimCityUserData\Patches\UpdatedApp Select all files (Ctrl-A) and copy (Ctrl-C). Go to \Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity and paste (Ctrl-V). Choose to overwrite any files that already exist. 

Try to launch the game again. If you still have a fail, please reply back and let us know what the exact error message is (what is the "something else" it says you need to install?).
