yea add those content back in, this is a huge issue because there are tons of abandoned cities ruining my region
Yes, this would be great. There are abandoned cities in the map and i can't use them because content is missing but i bought all the content. Would be great if after x days the city would just clear to be brand new and allow a new mayor to claim.
