Hi @cleenman66 - If the games downloaded completely without any problems, but it is stalling on open, you probably have some other program blocking SimCity from reaching the Internet. First, make sure your graphic drivers and Windows are updated. In particular, older AMD (Radeon cards) graphics drivers will cause SimCity to hang. You can get the newest drivers from AMD's download library
- Set Origin.exe and SimCity.exe icons to "Run As Administrator"
- Make sure SimCity.exe is added to exception lists in your firewall and antivirus
- Disable or uninstall BitDefender and MSI's sound program Nahimic 2
