Can’t find the winged helmet specialisation bubble. Disappeared a few weeks ago after last using and not come back

- @nap23ga8ogbn Do you mean the Epic Project sign? If you are missing an Epic Project, make sure you have a fully upgraded regular residential building on the map, with at least one specialization (other than Parks, Landscape and Mayor's Pass) covering it.
