simcash and simoleons pack error

I bought the simcash and simoleons pack it didn’t add to my saved simcash and simoleones what do i do I have tried everything you have thought of deleting app restart and download, and delete and reinstall, restore in app purchases.

Bug
So there seems to be a 'bug' that won't allow me to go tomy other cities or access World Trade. Anyone else having this problem. FYI, uninstalling and reloading doesn't fix it. Solution?
