SimCity 2013 - Alder Lake Iris Xe - Game will not launch on Win11 22H2

I have tried every method under the sun to make this game work. I'm also a software developer. If forced I'll deconstruct the binary for the game and fix it myself.

I'm stating in this thread that if EA themselves do not issue a fix for this to run on Alder Lake platforms, I'm coming with legal action unless the game is patched (and I mean soon) or a full refund of the purchase price of this game as it currently sits in the online store for sale. I will not accept anything else. It can even be a token to purchase another game that runs correctly, as I would accept that as a refund action.

TL;DR: Fix this issue or issue refunds, or I'll start a class action. I have my business attorney on retainer and have been itching to use that retainer. I would like an answer or a solution immediately. Full stop.
