My simcity 2013 is just gone. I went to play today, and it's disappeared. It does not show up with my EA login under my games. I paid for it, now I want to play it.

i got a new PC and i cant install Orgin and i bought the SimCity Deluxe edition
I paid for it to under ORIGIN and gone under EA app. I ask EA and I was told that the SIMCITY (2013) has been in SUNSET. I was told I can download it and pay for it AGAIN under the EA APP, if i want to play it. THAT SUCKS

hey so i recvied simcity for free after a EA tour at there Burnaby BC Canada location i used it with origin and ever since the merger between EA app and origin I've being unable to play it due to the EA app not recognizing it as my own copy and it recognized it as someone elses and restarting the app did nothing ☹️

I'm having this same issue. Just talked to an EA rep and they don't want to redeem a new copy for me. Even though I have physical proof I own the game.
