@EA_Barry this is the very 1st thing i did 3 days back. what EA help did for me. verified my account then change my password. still same problem and the last he told just to wait for more updates. my game is new i just purchase it last week and i even bought the add ons. how many days now i cannot play it and seemed EA are least bothered about it we are hearing nothing from them. so many of the players have the same problems and dont you think the problems are from your servers. it is so obvious. and pls tell your management to do some thing we want solutions on our problems not alibis. pls
