I just discussed this with my team and this seems to be something we need to take in consideration, thank you so much for letting us know about this concern, what I will be doing here to help you better is I will be reporting this issue as bug on your behalf so that our team can investigate and resolve this for you.
I think we should all go to support with this issue so there will be more reports and EA will pay attention to it

here is what i got from tech support
- Alright! I would like to inform you that in normal scenario usually these thing does not happen. I have also checked this with my team and I am going to report the issue as bug to our game team. Our team will investigate the bug and will fix it ASAP if there is any issue on our end.13:36

May I know if you're getting the error message "Incorrect login information. Please check your credentials and try again"?
Thank you for the confirmation, I would like to inform you that we are getting reports for the same issue from other players and we have reported the issue further to our team to be investigated. This is an emerging issue and I would request you to please wait as our team will be investigating and sharing the update via our Twitter handle. This issue should be fixed as soon as possible.
