    Hey all!

    This issue should be resolved as of ~12pm PDT. Please let me know if you run into any issues.

I still have my case open with EA and checked on the status this a.m. They are "Sharing the info" with their teams. I was able to get mine into offline mode by taking the EA client offline, then right clicking on Sim City and running as Admin. It allowed me to switch to offline mode and start a city. Mileage may vary but hope this helps someone.
