Today i found my cities banned. Whats wrong with my cities? Why have the administrators banned them? I mean LandOfGod

Bug
So there seems to be a 'bug' that won't allow me to go tomy other cities or access World Trade. Anyone else having this problem. FYI, uninstalling and reloading doesn't fix it. Solution?
