Simcity 2013 only allows me to install in these 3 languages

Please I need help. With the change from origin to EA app, my game only allows me to be installed in languages that I don't know.

Bug
So there seems to be a 'bug' that won't allow me to go tomy other cities or access World Trade. Anyone else having this problem. FYI, uninstalling and reloading doesn't fix it. Solution?
