Simcity 5 product key

hi thanks for your help but it says the code is not valid..do you have anymore ideas that i can try..and how many letters and numbers should there be

The game code is printed on the black and white, folded installation sheet. "Installing the game" and "Starting the game"

It can be on the top or bottom, front or back.

5 sets of 4 alphanumeric codes (20) separated by dashes. Try it without them.

hi the only sheets in the box were  the blue and white sim city key commands sheet , and another sheet re- sigining up for a newsletter... no installation sheet was enclosed..... it there anyway of finding the code in any fo the folders on the disc

So we'll assume your first code attempt wasn't a 20 digit alphanumeric code.

Your only recourse is to contact the seller, or ebay. The original retailer might have had a code list but once the case is open, that's usually it.

how come i can not activate mine with the key code

What is the error message you see when redeeming the key? Also, is it the first time you're using this code or did you previously redeem it?

Hello @Baeatul - EA_Zoe is no longer active on these boards, she left in December 2016 (that's why it says "retired" under her name) If I am understanding your question correctly, you want to see your product key in the game? I can see the product key for my game if I right-click the SimCity icon in Origin, choose "Properties"and under the "General" tab there is a CD key listed. I'm not certain you will see something like this if you installed from a digital download.

Be aware that you should never need the product key again. Once the game is installed and registered, it is linked to your account. If you install on a different computer, you just need to log in to Origin and the game will show up in your library. You cannot sell or gift the game once it's been installed to your account.
