Which version of the game are you playing? Purchased from EA through Origin or from Aspyr through the App Store? Are you playing in online or offline mode? Are you using any mods?
If you have any mods installed, please try the game without and see if you can replicate.
This appears to be related to memory in some way, although it might be more related to your mouse or mouse button mapping. How are you attempting the bulldozing action? (mouse click / keyboard?)
Please reply back with more information so we can try to track down the issue. A screen shot of the issue could be very helpful, too.
