SimCity keeps freezing (NOT BSOD or windows error)???

Same issue as all above.  Game freezes after about 1-5 min of gameplay.  Forced to CTL-ALT-DEL to stop SimCity Process.  No issues untl 1.8 patch was applied on Tuesday.  EA, please fix this immediately.... 100s have posted to make you aware, the least we deserve is a response.

    maybe you dont get it that there is no fix for this issue. want my origin login and password to load up the same freezing turd of a game???  This game is riddled with bugs and you are no help.
