SimCity keeps freezing (NOT BSOD or windows error)???

Omg, it this for real? I just tried running the recovery becuase im getting the same issue.. NOW my City turning over 8.8 million simoleans a month has VANISHED!!!!!!!!! WTF EA.. I'm going to be furious if I can't receover this.. I've sunk a huge ammount of time into it !!!!!!!!!!!!!
