Same issue uninstalled ran a diffrent server as soon as I hit 100k in people its locks up heres the error I can see and im getting pretty ticked off I cant play the game this was after the 9.0 patch also hafter a sort time the music fades out and glitches anor quits owrking to close the game to bring it back for it to fade away again support told me they were sending it to the studio and days have past and not even been contacted yet and I wonder why did I spend the money on a epic failure since launch and buy the expansion

It finally works after one YEAR.
PS. I followed the following advice:
Copy and paste this into Target: "-CustomResolution:enabled -r1280x1024x32 -Intro: off -CPUCount:1 -EH: off"
(No quotes and no space between ':' and 'o')

What do you mean by target ? Because Im still getting the problem where the game freezes ☹️
