SimCity keeps freezing (NOT BSOD or windows error)???

I have not had the freezing issue. But i have not been able to load cities I've already started. I'll play a city, save it, and come back the next day and it will not load!! ALSO have been having problems where citizens will not commute between my cities. Commuting worked so much better in SimCity 4.

Can EA/SimCity creators please fix the fact the cities wil NOT load???
