I am having the same issue.

Sad thing is that EA trying to blame everything but there bad coding. Tey tried the whole faulty hardware which could make sense in some wierd way but I play wow and SWTOR and SWTOR is a un optimized mess of code and strains my laptop on high settings. Yet I can Raid for for 5 hours and my laptop be just fine. Yes please come up with a new excuse EA
