I actually just want there attention on threads here atleast read it and forward it to relevant developer or whoever responsible for fixing this issue.. to make recommendation and etc... most tech support has level of what limit they can do normally they pass it over to more relevant person or knowledeable person but in their case what Im frustrated was I chat with them 3x.. first told me to create a ticket so I did create i was at work that time, I chat again and different support replied and said this time "you need to be on your machine" so I told them ill contact them again.. last was this conversation.. different support telling different thing.. You'll definitely get frustrated if you noticed his answer to actually ask me to call their tech in US, I also told them that Im in Singapore he said to contact local support and he dont know also that there's no longer local support here, I drafted bit long email for the singapore support team for nothing the whole conversation below lasted for 40min+ tell me if you wont get frustrated too..
You can get frustrated. I was just typing that it is out of their control. It is EA themselves with a BS support system that screams "We don't care. We have your money"
