I’m having the same issue. I can select my city, but the Now Entering screen runs in an infinite loop.

How did you end your session last time you were playing the city: I clicked the Windows key and D to get to the desktop. Then I right clicked on the Simcity window, and select Close window.
- Any additional information that may assist our team: The other cities load fine, without any delays. I’m running Windows 8.
