In the official site is selling the game in 1500rs,after payment done,if i click download,then can I operate it?or i need to buy full game from some where other??

Bug
So there seems to be a 'bug' that won't allow me to go tomy other cities or access World Trade. Anyone else having this problem. FYI, uninstalling and reloading doesn't fix it. Solution?
