Train tracks not connected
Playing with friends in a large region however on some where the train tracks connect under a bridge which is out side of my influence they are not connected. Is this a glitch? As it is not connected...

One of the regions I"m playing now shows that all cities have rail access, before you claim it, yet 2 of the 5 cities do not actually have rail access. This causes the game to constantly remind me that I should add a passender train station, and other rail related suggestions.
