Unable to create your city at this time. Please claim a city again later

I have risked my life driving in a snow storm to be able to go and purchase this game only to find out that i can't play it.  Why is this allowed to happen in Unites States?  I'm telling  you this country is going to **bleep** allowing companies to do this to people.  EA should refund eveyone's money back who purchased the game on day 1, just as a thank you for putting up with their **bleep**.  They get paid millions of dollars to make a decent game and they come out with this bull**bleep**.  I guess it's simcity 3000 for me tonight.  At least i can play that anytime i want with no internet bull**bleep**.  Absolutely unacceptable!!
