I am getting this alert message eveyrtime I try to claim a city: Unable to create your city at this time. Please claim a city again later.

Being a beta tester for this game it's really dissapointing the problems I've been getting, I've spent more time trying to get the darn thing working than playing it. I hope this gets resolved FAST.
