Unbelievable, this problem is still happening after all this time. I've lost 3 really good ciities.
Ditto for me too. How unfortunate. I have had three thriving cities all making a killing in electronics (>$8 mil a month) and I had built my first Great Work on my own.
I came home from work today hoping to bask in the infinite glory of my level 10 Arcology only find that I can't access any of my three cities anymore.
Great.
Please fix, EA. Please.

- How did you end your session last time you were playing the city: Was idling with the game at max speed when an alert popped up and kicked me from my game. I was unable to rejoin.
My third city, West Cliveden now just gets stuck on the loading screen. While I thoroughly enjoy reading arbitrary game-world statistics, I would much rather be playing the game.
Same. My city no longer loads. I cannot roll back my city. It has been 3 days so I assume my city's file is broken on the server. I can't believe EA doesn't have an email support to deal with issues that are account specific.
me too, I cant load my city as well.
I feel helpless from EA.
- 3 out of 4 maps have become unplayable in the 5 days I have owned this bugridden game. Any competent developer would consider it alpha ready at best. Anyone now how to go about getting a refund?
