unable to load the city at this time. please try again later

I'm unable to load my cities in one multiplayer region. Always get this message "unable to load the city at this time. please try again later". Its only this one region, all other multiplayer regio...

Its the whole region, not just one city. My cities and cities from other players too are unable to load, all of them. For all players.  Looks like the region is stuck. They have to roll back the entire region savegame

Yeah me too. It's extremely frustrating I just got into this game just started to get good at it. only been a week or two. I've tried reinstalling Origin. nothing. It just loads forever. So Dissapointed I was looking for something to past the time I thought I found it. Oh well just have to move on from sims.

    Is your issue specifically "unable to load city; please try again later"? Or are you having difficulty getting into the game itself? What part is "loading forever"?

      @Ohm44, have you tried to load other cities than Aven in the region as well? Even other players' cities, just to check if it happens there as well?

      @Pandacandyg23, could you give us more details? The form GerisX and Ohm44 completed is a good guideline of what information would be useful 🙂

        other cities of this region has no problem, only Aven
