White, flickering lines around buildings

I have this weird graphical problem on my game. For some reason i have these white lines around almost every building, they are really annoying and they make the game look worse. I fiddled with the ...

    @Smarco73 all of your drivers seem up to date, usually graphic glitches can be the result of an install that didn't complete correctly.

    My first suggestion (albeit time-consuming) would be to try a game repair, and if that doesn't help, a reinstall.

It's already late in my time zone.  The staff goes to skeleton size after 10PM, and over the weekend.  You must very patient in those late hours.
