"You cannot claim this city because you do not own some of the content used to create it."

I can't seem to join any regions with open cities because of this message. I bought the standard version of the game but I just can't find any regions that were made by someone with the same version....

Im in the same boat here. I even just bought the expansion in addition to the limited edition and no luck...sucks because my based map by FAR is on this area where two I cannot access due to access restrictions and the last one just is unable to load at all! Please fix!
