“Know the locals” mission bugged

I’ve done the 2 task on “meeting the locals mission” and the game goes to the next cutscene for the new mission(you go to the transition park/mission next) but for some reason the game doesn’t let you go to the next mission. It says step 8/8  We’ll be in touch. I’ve started my game numerous times and still not being able to go to the next mission. Am I doing something wrong? Do I just wait?HELP
