Accepted to playtest, but never received a code...
So I signed up for the EA playtest of the new Skate game sometime last year, and I finally got in for the March 11th playtest. I fully registered last week and was waiting on an email for download instructions. The playtest was scheduled on my EA. By March 12th I hadn't heard anything, and my playtest disappeared from the schedule. I still haven't heard anything via email, I don't see it on my EA app either. I've contacted EA help, but they referred me to the forums in hopes that a community helper sees this.
For context, I've been playing the Skate franchise since the day of release of Skate 3 when I was just 5 years old. In turn, my life has been skateboarding ever since, filming videos, and getting clips. I recently got injured, and coincidentally, it was the same day the email for the March 11th playtest was sent out. I was so excited and eagerly waiting, only to be disappointed by EA yet again. I saw many other registered playtesters were having this problem as well, and it's honestly sad that all these people finally got accepted to a playtest after waiting for months even years, all for nothing. I love the Skate franchise I've been so excited to see what it has to offer, but this is discouraging and upsetting to say the least. Do better EA.
