I signed up for play testing with an old EA account by mistake. The EA account was tied to PSN A. However, I used PSN B to when registering. I downloaded the game to PSN B and get an error code when trying to launch it.
I cannot log into PSN A because I’ve already used my code. Additionally EA accounts can only be linked to one PSN to I can’t change it from A to B.
This happened to my brother on Xbox, and this is the only other person that’s having this problem, idk why it’s like that. Wish a dev would help us out 😩
It should be bound to account. Login to the account you signed up with and got accepted with. Period
we tried that. We unlinked his old account, and linked it with the new ea account, but it still doesn’t work

I’m in the same boat. My PSN is linked to an old EA account from probably over a decade ago which used my Dad’s twenty year old email account that he doesn’t even use anymore. I haven’t got a chance of unlinking my PSN. I wanted to test the game with my mate that I added through friends and family. Does anybody know if the game uses cross play because I’ve also got access on PC.
