My issue was that I previously had a different email linked. Is there any way for someone to check if I was sent one, in the past, to my former email?

I talked to an advisor the other day, and he told me to post here so the playtest team could help me. He said playtest details are not shared with the normal support team. Are there specific playtest advisors that can help?
Community ManagerWe're not able to discuss account details over the EA Forums. Unfortunately, if an advisor can't tell you, you'll just have to wait and see if you get an email with the playtest invite. If you still have access to the previous account keep checking it to see if the email is received.
