Can’t access Skate playtest due to being “restricted from online access”

I’ve been trying to correct an account issue over the last few days with support and now i’ve received the skate playtest even though my account is still linked with the wrong email and should be fix...

EA_cuervo​ I have the same issue, but that link does not help at all. I cannot for the life of me find a way to get in touch with an EA advisor to help sort this out.

    If you're not getting the chat option when contacting EA Help, please try using "EA account" as the product and "I want to update my EA account information" as the subject. That should give you the option to start a chat.
