If I’m in a PlayStation 5 party with my friends can I sharescreen and show them skate? Will that break the NDA rules?

Definitely bro, I would not risk it. If you want to show them Skate. the most you can do is inviting them to the playtest when you receive an opportunity to do so, but I am not sure since EA says we wil have access to the playtest until the game releases its Early Access.
