Can you lose access to the playtest?

I've been a skate insider since sign ups first went up and played the first 2 or 3 test.  But I can't seem to get access to play again. It's not on my ea pc app anymore, I still get all of the emails and reminders for the next test. I re fill out anything they put up or another test. Then I get emails about surveys and forums stuff about the last test I never got access to.  It's been really frustrating its been over a year since I could play and I just feel like something is broken.  There also doesn't seem to be anyone to email or help center for this.  Has anyone else had the same problem or lost access?
