Crashing on PC - AMD GPU Intel CPU

After 20 tries to launch and not crash, I got in and finished the tutorial. Crashed when I got to the taxi, and haven't been able to get past the loading screen without the game crashing, or my entire PC locking up. Updated drivers, reinstalled, dunno what to do. Never had this issue before. Temps are fine. I'm confused!
