EDIT: Change your timezone under your profile on the playtesting page. Click your name -> My profile -> Scroll down to "Set Time Zone" and select your timezone. This will then show the correct time for the release of the game.

I've been accepted before this. When I got my email that time, they rolled it out near the playtest starting time!
