In response to the screenshot you sent I can at least say that even people who are in the playtest and "skate CPT" shows up in their library... they also see this as their homepage for the playtester site. I asked my friend about it just yesterday and it looks identical; even clicking on the "skate. insider playtesting signup" returns the same survey for both of us... except he is able to play the game and I am not.
That being said, both of us received the same email saying that the game has opened to us on the 11th, and since then it has been quiet.
