Error 480232561

Last night I got as far as agreeing the sign up to emails then I kept getting this error and now this morning it is the same. I see a lot of people are getting this but I also saw someone mention it ...

I don’t know about server downtime but I also have the correct psn account linked and still same error code as you and many others :( as of now I’ve seen no comment on the issue from EA… very frustrating
