Error code: 480232561 on XBOX S

I'm posting this because the solution that was released by EA for this error 18 hours ago does not solve it for a lot of us. My account are all correct and linked properly. I am still getting this error code on my Xbox. Anyone else who's accounts are properly linked with the correct email address', please post here that this has not solved your error code.
