Ive been accepted to playtest, but i cant get past the main menu in the game. Ive seen that other people also have the same problem, is there a fix? I'm on xbox if it matters

All my account information is correct and matches up, spent 2 days trying everything that was recommended and I still can't get past the configuring screen. is there a fix? (playing on ps5)
