I thought I had only one EA account until I worked it out myself.

I'm having this issue too. Only one EA account linked to my only PSN account. I've tried so many things to get it working, including speaking to multiple EA support agents which said they couldn't help me, but I should post on the forums. I did post a topic here a few days ago, got no answer and after a few days it magically got deleted.

I managed to log into my duplicate account and unlink my psn account. After that I could immediately play the game.

I chatted with a EA rep and got all of that sorted out. there was an account mess to iron out, but was guided by this forum how to resolve. after I had solved the issues the game still resulted in a server error. not really sure what else I can attempt.......... "play testing" has been a bit of a let down so far.

gamesfondWere you able to correct the issue AND get into the playtest? I corrected the issue the weekend before the playtest opened and I still haven't been able to get past the error.

I had this. I didn't realise I'd set up 2 ea accounts. You can only link your psn or xbox account to one ea account. You need to unlink your psn account from the duplicate ea account and link it to the ea account you want to use.

It's a common issue
