I've skated most of my life

Here's what you're doing right:
1. Open world online multiplayer skateboarding game
2. The world is well built
3. The character customization is great
4. Servers definitely can take a load and hold their own
5. Good launch to a free game
6. The parkour is nicely done
7. The skating though it needs work imho; has a good flow to it.

here's where the game could be improved:
1. Speed up the skateboards. They are simply too slow. It doesn't matter if you want to make more inclusive for slower players. And I know you kept it slow for the distance in some of the challenges. But most are going to stop playing your game soon any ways. Real people can push and make their skateboard go increasingly fast. (I roll around in the game and mash jump because that's the fastest way to move between challenges aside from FTP)

2. The Ollie just sucks. You cannot suck that ollie up into your butt; it feels like jumping with 40 lbs on my head. It will eventually lead to me stopping playing this game for certain. 

3. Due to the nature of Skate controls; some flip tricks are stupid annoying to execute. And it's not rocket science; all the skate games before you have made a super easy formula to follow. This also gives the player more ease of control over their flip tricks. You should add a 4th control setup which lets you play the game like Thrasher  or TonyHawk Pro Skater.  

4. Speed up how much speed you get on half pipes and quarter pipes

5. The transition between Spread Eagle and pressing Y to land back on your skateboard is jank. Often times I either have to let go of A and RB to press Y so my skateboard comes out in time. 

6. Games can easily add a color wheel to models. So you can colorize it the way you want. You didn't have to separate each color into a different item. It's obvious Time Grab from the players; and pushing them to spend money. Additionally your shop items aren't even cool enough to want to spend money. The character customization was pretty good; but the clothing customization is very bad. 

7. The game is sterile af. It does not feel like a skaters game. It feels like some imaginary skate utopia with no one upset any one else. Which is a nice lie; but not the skaters reality.
