Follow-Up on PS5 Skate Access

I am writing to follow up on my access to PS5 Skate. I previously received a message stating, “We’ll be processing the results and granting your access on this platform next week.” However, despite this timeframe, I still do not have access.

I wanted to check if there are any updates or additional steps required on my end to resolve this. Please let me know how to proceed.
