Friends can’t get access to playtest schedule and did not receive a code

I sent the invitation for my friends they completed the survey and the playtest doesn’t show up in the playtesting schedule also they didn’t receive the download code, anybody got an idea of what’s going on?

they did the survey and all last week, nothing ever showed up like it did for me, they tried multiple times but it never updates.
