Game stuck on blue bar with skate logo

Anyone else having this problem on pc? it gives an error code before this but lets me pass the error code then i get this problem.

The game also crashes, the error went away

Just cant get past that screen i sent a picture of because it kinda stays there then crashes. my playtest was at 2pm 3/11

Its saying direct x error now. not enough memory

Ill check back later

It might be my pc
