Got access but game is not in my library

EDIT: I restarted the EA App a couple of times and now the game got added "Skate CPT" with a blank icon labeled "New".

Same, got the email - seemed straight forward but doesn't show up in the EA App Library at all.

I got the initial email about being accepted but no emails for a code nor has it shown up in my EAapp since it went live yesterday 

i got the same issue and dont even try customer service they are dog
