HELP, I can't play skate

Every time I try to launch Skate, I get the error: "This Software Cannot be used at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running, or restart your PC.: Interception" I’ve been dealing with this error for days. I’ve tried everything — closing absolutely all processes from Task Manager — and it still doesn’t work. Please help.
